I also love the cover, the electric spark shows a sort of powerful sjulman between the two characters, and implies elements of magic as well as science. It’s a real shame you didn’t enjoy this quite as much as you wanted to – but I’m glad you atleast liked it!

I definietly think that this has a very unique concept. I’m not sure what I would think of the ‘temperamental pacing’ though. My attention might waver!

Thanks for the brilliant review! I really really disliked this book: I tried so hard to like it but I was just a bit too baffled by the strange events going on and the istalove really bothered me.
