Dell kick-started the market for premium yet affordable 24in monitors with its PVA- based FPW, the first monitor of its ilk to offer full. Getting onto image settings, there are plenty of adjustments available but no presets to save them to, so it’s a case of configuring HP’s LPw. HP have kindly sent us their new LPW screen, using the latest H-IPS panel from y, the LMWU4. On a quick note, HP list this screen as being.

They have been great so far. Highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking at yp from this seller. They were great on the last two orders, no hiccups with payment, and they have delivered on time or earlier than scheduled. Will be ordering more soon. The only reason these sell for a low price after many years in use is because they are on the way out.
Yes, it still works but the screen lp2475ww dark. I put it side by side with a newer monitor and it’s very noticeable. The brightness is maxed out, custom settings used to get as much light out of it as possible, still too dark. It is fast enough to play video games as it has 6 ms GtG response with about 22 ms input lag – actual ghosting is only a bit noticable due yp overdrive mistakes showing only on certain translations and input lag is just below noticable level for most people.
Picture is very good due to LG. It also might suit well to work with lo2475w after a bit of calibration. The screen has a matt surface.
My doen’t have any noticable tinting effect difference of white tint in different points of the screenbut it is reporte d that some wide gamut monitors have it mostly regardless of the model.
Also, I didn’t notice any backlight bleed except for black level change depending on point of jp. Overall building quality is good from my point of view, though not everyone would like the monitor’s design – there lp4275w be any curved surfaces and shiny plastic.
It’s design is more in a NEC style – rough, but functional. It has all the necessary adjustments – portrait, height, tilt and horisontal turn.

It stands well on ho base. Also, all the necessary nputs are also present. The only thing it doesn’t have is a A-TW polarizer. So even with its IPS panel you’ll have a bit of picture ‘float’ – it still doesn’t look as on the old CRT monitors where picture looked nailed to the screen. Though I don’t know any of the monitors within this price category which does have A-TW polarizer anyway.

As from my experience using it: By default it have a projector brightness as all modern LCD monitorsso I reccomend you to set it way lower it’s default points. Games are very good on it. Yes, there are monitors with 2 ms and even 1 ms, but from my experience there is no much difference between 6 and 2 ms. It is on the paper, but most people won’t see it on the screen at all.
Thing that makes this monitor good is it has many advantages like IPS panel, height adjustment and inputs, while not lacking from typical tech flaws found in various models like excessive input lag, too high minimum brightness and all alike.
Does it worth the price? These 2 used, good quality, HP-ZR24W monitors arrived in excellent condition with very good professional packing to protect them.
One had 82 days hours on it and the other one had hours 66 days of use. Both have excellent image quality like 2 others that I already own from brand new. Much better than some other brand new competitors we have tried recently. I love hhp pixel vertical dimension compared with the very common pixels that are so VERY restrictive for serious work.
They have exceptional stands that are very sturdy, provide vertical height positioning, rotation on the base and the screen can be turned 90 degrees to a portrait mode if required. The monitor also pops off the base without any tools if you need to move it a desk mounted arm in another room. I would rather purchase these very low-priced, used HP x monitors than any up brand currently bp at higher prices. An exceptional value that will LAST for many years to come.
To date this could still be considered one of HP’s highest quality displays, beat only by the LPzx which costs roughly times as much depending on where you get it from. The ZR24 has a lower quality panel, a higher response time, and in some cases will create ghosting in games. So all in all, I’d rate the LPw as one of the lp2475q monitors on the market.
It manages to balance graphics professional level color range and accuracy with gamer friendly low response time, and seems to be the perfect balance of a large monitor without taking up too much space at 24″ and plenty of screen real estate with the x resolution, also offering great consol e gaming and video input with lp475w Skip to main content.
